Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs:
2 egg whites (0)/1 whole egg (2)
w/mushrooms (0)
english muffin (2)
1 tbsp. butter (1) = 5pts.


Lunch:
2 slices WW bread (1)
1½ tbsp PB (3)
1½ tbsp reduced cal. strawberry spread (1½) = 5½pts.

Snack: none = 0pts.

Dinner:
1½ c Ham & Bean soup (4½)
WG roll 3oz. (3)
1 tbsp. butter (1) = 8½pts.

Dessert:
1 WW choc. cake (1) = 1pt.



Water:
1 - 1.58 quarts bottle (= over 50oz.)

21pts. out of 25pts.
