Exercise: steps


Pre- Breakfast:
coffee w/creamer
& splenda = 1pt.

Breakfast:
cereal w/ milk & ½ ban. = 4pts.

Lunch:
soup = 4pts.

Snack:
dried apricots = 1pt.

Dinner:
Chicken
sweet pot. w/butter & dab of ff sour crm.
corn w/butter = 9pts.

Dessert:
1 LF fudge bar
2 spoonfuls of Shea's ice crm.
2 cookies = 4pts.



Total Points:
23pts. out of 25pts.



Weekly Flex Points (35) used: 0 = 30pts. left

Hi there! I just joined weight watchers on wednesday! So far so good! I am only allowed 22 points per day (that's what happens when you are OLD and SIT for a living). My friend from work and my future daughter-in-law also joined....so we are a team! I am VERY interested in trying that choc shake....mmmmmm take care and keep up the good work!

That's great!! The lower the points the tougher it is..but it is do-able!! You just have to use Lowfat, fat free and WW products to get more bang for the buck or points so to say!! Good Luck...I'm sure you'll do just fine!! esp. since you have team members...that helps a lot!!
I haven't tried the shake yet but looking forward to it!!
Just have to get some of the ingredients!!
