Pre- Breakfast:
coffee w/creamer
& splenda = 2pt.
Breakfast:
Blintz w/½ ban.
& jelly = 6pts.
Lunch:
popcorn
yogurt = 5pts.
Dinner:
stuffed shells
w/sauce & ww moz.
texas toast
veggies= 15pts.
Dessert:
2 ww cakes = 2pts.
Water:
1 - 1.58 quarts bottle (= over 50oz.)
Total Points:
30pts. out of 25pts.
Weekly Flex Points (35) used: 5 = 30pts. left
